How can I properly size myself for a bra?
Our bras are fit tested to the same standards used by leading department stores and international brands. If you currently have a good fitting bra, that size is a good starting point and then you can use our sizing guide with instructions here to confirm your approximate size. There is no substitute for a professional fitting at a boutique or department store and it is always advisable to check your fitting especially if you have changed weight since the last time you were fitted. If you order a bra and it doesn't fit, you can return it to us and we will replace any items that do not fit. See our returns and exchanges policy here
My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find where it is?
Regular shipping uses Australia post and delivery times depend on where your parcel was sent from (Burleigh Heads QLD 4220) and where you are sending it to (Your shipment address). We aim to deliver your parcel within 1-5 working days of it being lodged. Based on your parcel specifications, you can find out when your parcel will arrive using the Postage Assessment. You can also check with your local post office to confirm regular parcel delivery times.
Express shipping is usually trackable via the courier, the details of which appear on the shipping note emailed once your order has been despatched. What is your returns policy?
Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 60 days of purchase. If an item is returned more than 60 days after purchase, a return will be administered in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
How can I use a promotional code online?
After selecting your products for purchase, go to My Cart and a Discount Code box appears below the product details. After entering the code, any adjustments will occur automatically to eligible orders at the checkout stage. Please see specific offer details for complete terms and conditions, including expiration date and other exceptions. All orders are subject to verification.
I am shipping my order outside of Australia. Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?
International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Occasionally this may be listed as an additional postage fee. While we apologise for any inconvenience, we have no control over such fees. (More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.)
How do I calculate the shipping and handling for my order?
After selecting your products for purchase, go to My Cart and the Estimate shipping calculator is below the Discount Code box. By selecting the destination country, state and post code (if requested), the system will provide you with all delivery options and costs available to that destination. Please note that if your country is not available we may not be able to reliably ship to that country. Feel free to contact us for a courier quote if your country is not listed. Email us here.
