Bras2You recognises and values the protection of your personal information. What information do we collect from our customers?

You consent to Bras2You disclosing your personal information to other third parties contracted to Bras2You located outside the Subject Country.  Bras2You will take all reasonable steps to ensure that such recipients respect the confidentiality of this information by abiding by equivalent privacy laws and regulations required in the Subject Country.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that all information collected from you that we use or disclose is accurate, up to date, complete and stored in a secure environment accessed only by authorised Bras2You personnel. 

Please keep in mind that no information transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We will endeavour to protect your personal information, however we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from our online software. These activities are conducted at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will use our reasonable efforts to ensure its security. 

Credit Card information

Bras2You uses the third party National Australia Bank Limited ABN 12 004 044 937 (‘NAB’), to process any sales paid for via credit card. Bras2You does not directly hold any payment information other than billing address and a contact email on its servers. In accordance with NAB policies Bras2You is able to view credit card details; however, Bras2You will only use such information only for the purposes of credit card verification, transaction approval or to provide a refund. Any information collected by NAB may be used in accordance with their own privacy or other policies and is beyond our control. To unsubscribe from Bras2You’s e-mail database please send an e-mail to unsubscribe@bras2you.com with the following message typed into the body of the e-mail. The message you need to type or copy into the body of your e-mail is “UNSUBSCRIBE”.

How can I access, correct or update my information?

You can always access the information and content that you provide to us. If the change to personal information impacts your membership to the Bras2You online store you will need to provide Bras2You with your Bras2You personal information in order to edit your registration information.
