Our products are great quality and fantastic value so if for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’ll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. 

Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 60 days of the purchase. If an item is returned more than 60 days after purchase, a credit in the form of a gift voucher will be issued and can be redeemed for merchandise with your next purchase.

How to Return or Exchange

Should you wish to return an item, please download and print a returns and exchanges form to be returned with the item/s for return or exchange. Return and Exchange form

Be sure to fill out all details as necessary and indicate if you prefer to receive a refund, credit voucher or make an exchange for another size, colour or item. If you are exchanging merchandise please fill out the exchange portion on the form. 

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Where the original order had free shipping a $6.50 handling fee will be deducted from the returns only if a refund has been requested. This fee is not applicable for exchanges or credits. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred.

Return Address

Please send your package, including your returns and exchanges form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. We recommend registered post for this purpose.
