Delivery couldn't be quicker with Bras2You as we carry stock of every item. So just like walking into a lingerie shop, if the item is on the shelves you can have it. We also stock every size and colour available, so if we don't have it in stock, it's very unlikely it's available anywhere.

Bras2You carry stock of all the products we offer so you can rest assured that once your order is placed and payment is confirmed we can pick your order and despatch it within 24 hours (1 business day). Occasionally unusually high order volumes will limit the amount of orders we can despatch within 24 hours, but we will endeavour to complete the shipment within 48 hours (2 business days) from payment confirmation.

Standard shipping does not include international TnT deliveries, local courier or express post deliveries in Australia.

Free shipping is not available to all countries, however shipping fees have been reduced for these destinations.

Australian destination orders

Australian deliveries are sent via Australia Post, this includes any member orders that qualify for free shipping. Express delivery is optional for an additional charge. 

Delivery times vary by destination. A freight delivery estimator is available at the checkout or you can refer to the Australia Post web site www.auspost.com.au for transit times from postal code 4220 Burleigh Heads Queensland.

International destination orders

International deliveries are sent via Australia Post air mail service and orders may be addressed to P.O. Boxes. A flat rate option is available to most international destinations. Some international orders may be upgraded to express courier delivery, the price will be quoted during the checkout process if express courier delivery is available to your destination. Registered International Post is now available for International customers and is insured and requires a signature on delivery.

Occasionally the flat rate delivery option will not be available due to the destination countries unreliable postal system. If you are affected, the only option may be to use the express courier delivery and you will be informed of the cost during the checkout process or contacted by Customer Service to make alternate arrangements.

Transit times vary by destination though delivery estimates may be obtained through the Australia Post web site www.auspost.com.au by checking the international postage guide for your country and referring to the air mail estimated delivery schedule. Typically, delivery is between 10 - 20 business days. Occasionally delays may occur with mail items that are subject to customs inspections or delivery is affected by weather events, strikes and industrial disputes, misrouting or mishandling of mail, so please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery from notification of despatch. If after that time the parcel has not arrived, please contact us.

For reference only our International Express Service allows for online tracking. If the shipment method of Express was selected at the time of ordering, an email would have been sent with your tracking information when your order was shipped. If you have not received this email, please log into the website and view your order status, or if you used the guest checkout, contact us for instructions as we will need to verify your identity before releasing order information.
